In Harmony with Nature

In 1999 the work began on the creation of an expansive Garden of Eden for Horses in the Valley of the Soers. The reasoning behind the idea was that an open-air tournament, traditionally and in contrast to the constantly increasing number of indoor shows, need natural "green" surroundings. To bring man and animal in harmony with nature is the aim of all of the changes and additions that have been undertaken with the support of the City of Aachen as well as Aachen businesses and families. The Garden of Eden for Horses in the Valley of the Soers: That is an area that nestles unobtrusively into the surrounding natural landscape creating a habitat for human and horse with endless design possibilities.
